SHORT SUMMARY

The Deathly Hallows is the story about Peverell Brothers Antioch Peverell,Cadmus Peverell and Ignotus Peverell. They belong to pure blood wizarding family. 


Once the three brothers were travelling along and reached treacherous river but being skilled in magical arts, the brothers waved their wand and made a bridge. Then Death blocked their way as he felt cheated because travellers normally drown in the river. But Death was very cunning despite being cheated he congratulated them and offered each brother a wish. 

The first brother(Antioch) being an arrogant person, asked death to give him something very powerful through which he can win any battle, so Death took a branch from a tree and gave it to him which was termed as The Elder Wand(image shown).


The second brother(Cadmus) was very haughty and tried further to humiliate Death and asked Death to give him something through which he can bring back his loved ones in the mortal world, so Death took a stone from the river and gave it to him which was termed as The Resrucction Stone(image shown).

The third brother (Ignotus) was very smart, so he asked Death to give him something through which death can’t follow him, so Death gave him his own cloak of invisibility which was termed as the The Invisibility Cloak(image shown).

After that, the three brothers went their separate ways. The first brother was very drunk in his power so one night someone came and slot his throat and took the wand for good in this way Death took the first brother. 

The second brother went home and brought back his beloved to the mortal world but she was very upset and sad after some days she again died, so mad in love the second brother took his own life and Death took the second brother as well. 

For the third brother Death searched for a very long time but couldn’t find him, after a time when the third brother realised that his time has come he passed on his cloak and greeted Death as an old friend and Death took the third brother as well. 

Together these three magical items make the Deathly Hallows and one posses all three becomes master of death.
